In this session we will look at the latest research and theories on emotion, and how they can be applied to help marketers benefit from the return on investment of emotional bonding. We will also explore the reasons why emotions are a critical component to future product and marketing success.
We will also take a high level view of the latest trends by big tech giants like Google, Skype and other applications that use artificial intelligence, and appear to be moving toward artificial emotions. As artificial intelligence progressively impacts the success of our brands, it is very conceivable that in the near future, artificial intelligence will BE the brand.
